Designer David Hernandez began practicing graphic design and web design in 2001, armed with a degree from architecture school and years of self-study. After serving two years as the online art director for a rapidly growing web-based company, he began his own studio in Austin, TX, working with small businesses, organizations and artists to define and meet their design needs while helping to refine their marketing objectives.

He has served as the Creative Director for two start-up teams, including one in Northern Mexico where he had the privilege of working with some talented artisans in the design of leather goods and other handmade products. In 2007, on returning to US, David and his family landed in the hills of Northwest Arkansas only hours from his childhood home. As an extension of his love for design, David also enjoys photography, illustration and writing copy for the right projects.
